Big units with in the shower, a nice hot shower, as example, helpful employees. Magnificent setting, very close to restaurants, the Plaza De Armas and Machu Picchu. Also, near the old town...

The breakfast spread is a culinary delight with a buffet with fresh fruit, eggs, and more. The location's proximity to Cusco's vibrant markets and parks makes it a foodie's dream. Plus, the staff really go the extra mile in service!
The only hiccup is the hot water inconsistency. It swings between tepid and hot, robbing you of a proper thaw after a chilly day exploring. Still, the experience shines bright overall.

Greatly enjoyed its helpful and polite staff.
The room was neat, with a view over garden. Extremely comfy bed and pillows, there were multi-channel television and a private entrance available. The location was excellent, for example, Hatun Rumiyoc Street was at walking distance from the hotel.

acceptable hot water pressure, excellent central location, convenient luggage storage
Hot water fluctuated too much for a consistent shower experience!!! Payment process could use more clarity as I was told to pay cash even though credit cards are accepted!!!
